I’m Natalie | Teacher, Mystic, Nurturer, Mama, Napa Valley Chef, Soul Sister.
What many people may not know about me is this: I have a soul-level kinda love for sharing the ancient wisdom of three core modalities. These tools have deepened my self-understanding and that of so many in my life - including my partner, my family, my friends, and my colleagues.
However, my personal journey is what lit a fire in my heart to help other women use these powerful tools to empower themselves, to know themselves, and live from a place of total wholeness. Knowing my chart, along with that of my son and my husband has created so much more love, patience, and compassion in my family unit.
I’m here to support you in deepening your own relationship to self, so that you and all of your relationships can benefit - and beyond.
